We strongly urge clients to communicate the feedback received from committee members to their coach in order to ensure alignment.

Coaching, mentoring, and consulting services are established on a partnership basis between the client and the coach. Both parties are required to engage in a mutual commitment, expend effort, and demonstrate diligence. Clients are accountable for addressing received feedback, maintaining open lines of communication with their coach, attending all scheduled sessions, posing inquiries, and conveying pertinent information regarding their institution's expectations. It is imperative to note that Capella Educational Services cannot be held accountable for the overall outcome of the services.

Clients are allocated specific time slots according to their chosen service options. No refunds will be issued for missed sessions; however, a rescheduling option may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Contracts represent the formal agreement between the coach and the client. They are legally binding documents that delineate the services, expectations, and payment requirements.

The services are designed to accommodate each client and their schedule needs. Flexible scheduling is provided to accommodate mornings, evenings, and weekends.  

It is important to note that each institution may have specific requirements for the formatting of manuscripts. Therefore, we kindly request that clients provide their institution's dissertation template, guidelines, and any relevant updates to their coach. This ensures that our services are aligned with the expectations of the institution.
